OVERSEAS CREDIT TRANSFER PROGRAM

The mission of Yogyakarta State University (UNY) to become a world-class educational university (UKKD) can be accomplished with internationalization support for all academics, including students. The student mobility program is one of the programs on UNY's plan to support its mission and vision. A credit transfer program is a form of student mobility program initiated to provide students with knowledge and experience related to the academic atmosphere and campus life at partner universities. This knowledge and expertise are expected to develop students' international insight and increase students' opportunities to network with partners on a wide scale. Furthermore, this program offers students the opportunity to attend lectures at partner universities abroad, prioritized at universities with established cooperation (MoU) with UNY. This activity is a manifestation of active cooperation from the MoU made so that this activity is expected to improve the institution's quality.

For the reason, the Yogyakarta State University PGSD study program provides opportunities for students to be able to take part in credit transfer activities every year with the aim of:

  1. Provide opportunities for students to know and experience the academic atmosphere and campus life at partner universities abroad;
  2. Provide opportunities for students to attend lectures following their study programs at foreign partner universities;
  3. Provide opportunities for students to get credit scores from partner universities, both in compulsory and elective courses;
  4. Provide opportunities for students to interact and collaborate with the academic community on an international scale.
